On March 28-29, 2019 New Generation Humanitarian NGO implemented the ECAT tool developed by the European Coalition on Male Health (ECOM) for the two newly-established community-based NGOs (working with the MSM and Trans Communities) within the framework of the "Right to Health" program.
ECAT is a tool that gives insight into the organization's potential, strengths and weaknesses.
The ECAT tool was conducted for two previously selected NGOs: Goght Youth Union NGO, Colorful House social-cultural human rights defender NGO.
